Brianna Plaza | Founder & Editor-in-Chief
Brianna is originally from the west coast and is the founder and editor-in-chief at Hook & Blade. By day, she works as an email marketing manager at General Assembly. By night, she can be found crafting elaborate salads, teaching digital marketing classes, and writing for Hook & Blade. She writes and eats based out of New York City where she enjoys exploring new neighborhoods, trying unfamiliar foods, and people watching. She also loves to travel whenever she can (especially to go ski).
Peter Lacovara | Managing Editor
Peter is the Managing Editor at Hook & Blade. He is based in San Francisco where he frequently overindulges in all the city has to offer. He works in corporate strategy for a Swiss company and travels whenever his schedule allows him.
Jonathan Plaza | Contributor
Jonathan is a contributor at Hook & Blade. He is dentist based in Denver where he enjoys spending time in the outdoors and trying everything that Denver's booming food scene has to offer.
